INIITIATE is a demo style class and it is free! It is a 45 min full body introductory experience for those who have never done Pilates on the equipment before, to practice some movements on the equipement, and get a feel for the atmosphere and instructors. This is still a great option for those who have done Pilates before however haven't done it in a while or just want to see if SHIFT is the right fit for you. This will set you up for success in our ACTIVATE class, where you will learn the foundations and principals of Pilates.

Advanced instructors and life long practioners know to spend a lot of time revisiting the foundations and principles because its where the GOLD of Pilates is. Great if you are restarting Pilates and need to RE-ACTIVATE. This class is guaranteed to give you the most impactful experience for your time and money. ACTIVATE dormant or weak muscles & ACTIVATE release in over-tight parts of your body leaving you standing taller, feeling lighter, stronger yet more agile. All it takes is a few accurate and detailed SHIFT's to ACTIVATE your ever-evolving body & mind. *NOTE: if you have never been on the Pilates Reformer before please take an INITIATE class prior.

This class is an evolution on the concepts that have been ACTIVATED however is a mixed level class. You have done at least 10 ACTIVATE classes and your ready to COORDINATE multiple muscle groups through more complex movement in a smoother fashion, taking your flow and endurance up a notch. COORDINATE the lengthening of muscles while loading them making them longer yet stronger. You are ready to COORDINATE breath with core stability challenges with less breaks in between movements. This class will allow you TO find your edges and meet them head on. You will leave surprised by how much your whole body strength and endurance has grown, feel empowered in your mind, and most importantly feel confidently COORDINATED. *for beginners we highly recommended a minimum of 10 ACTIVATE classes, especially if your goal is to build a durable, long lasting foundation from the inside out.
