New to Pilates—or just new to us? You’re in the right place.

At Shift, we believe in doing the work. We believe in starting where you are, tuning in, and trusting the process. Every big change starts with one small shift—and we’d be honored to be part of yours.
INITIATE is a 45-minute full-body experience for anyone who’s never been on Pilates equipment before—or just wants a fresh start.
You’ll practice movements on the Reformer and Tower, get a feel for our space and instructors, and see if Shift is the right fit for you.
Even if you’ve done Pilates before, this class is the place to begin. From here, you’ll move into ACTIVATE to build a strong foundation in the core principles of Pilates.

Each class builds on the last. You’ll start slow, learn the basics, and gain strength and control as you move forward.
